Gil Biran

Gil leads the Oscilloquartz Business Unit with in ADVA and has research and development, engineering, business development/sales, product management and pre sales and network design teams. Working with telecom, ICP (data center), utilities (power) and financial industry customers he ensures synchronisation quality of service in carrier-class network environments. Gil's primary role is to consolidate Oscilloquartz position as a synchronisation market leader by designing, bring to market and sell synchronization products and solutions that support new networking technologies and service paradigms for network operators.

Prior to joining ADVA Optical Networking, he worked in Biran Advisors where he was founder, CEO and company owner, before he worked in Axerra Networks, where he was founder, president, and CEO. He has a BSC in electronics engineering from Tel Aviv University.
