An active participant since 1987 in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Daniel is recognized as an engaging and informative speaker at various technical and engineering forums globally.

Daniel’s professional journey is marked by key roles and achievements. He has held national responsibility positions at GTE/Verizon Communications and served as the director of advanced development engineering at Teradyne Broadband Test Division. His tenure in Silicon Valley saw him in senior roles where he honed his skills in timing and synchronization, as well as in developing automated testing systems. Notably, Daniel’s contributions have earned him “Lifetime Achievement” awards twice for financial contributions and technical innovation in his field, particularly in the design of systems for the Federal Aviation Administration, the US Air Force, and US Navy. His past roles include VP of global sales at TesCom Timing, Test & Transmission/Tempo Communications and VP of sales at CXR Larus Timing, Synchronization, Transmission & Test.
