It’s never been easier to carry out GNSS jamming and spoofing attacks. With technology and advice available online, today’s hackers don’t even need specialist technical expertise to cause major disruption. The potential impact is so severe that we can barely imagine the damage that could be caused. The first step to tackling the problem is to ensure visibility. For this, existing equipment and management systems may not be sufficient and so the use of a GNSS monitoring overlay is key.

In this panel discussion, Ken Hann joins professionals from across the industry and the world of academia to discuss how best to protect mission-critical networks from spoofing and jamming attacks. They will cover strategies including network-level GNSS monitoring and improving resilience with hierarchical timing networks.
