Paul Zweers

Paul leads Oscilloquartz’s worldwide sales strategy and business development, overseeing the company’s timing, synchronization and assured PNT portfolio.

With decades of experience across aerospace, defense, government and advanced technology markets, Paul has built and led global organizations focused on mission-critical technologies and resilient infrastructure. His background includes leadership roles at L3Harris, Ultra Electronics and Safran Electronics & Defense, spanning business development, sales, marketing, operations and product development in positioning, navigation and timing (PNT), quantum sensing, secure communications and mission networks.

Paul holds an MBA from the Henley Business School and has completed executive education programs at Harvard, Virginia and Cranfield University.
