How do M-Code time servers work?

M-Code signals are transmitted via satellites, providing encrypted PNT data to authorized military forces over the L1 and L2 frequencies. M-Code time servers and client devices authenticate and decrypt these signals, ensuring secure, interference-resistant synchronization in contested environments. By leveraging high-gain directional antennas and cryptographic keys, M-Code enhances resilience against jamming and cyber threats, maintaining reliable, precise PNT capabilities.
