In a joint venture with SERCEL, France, Oscilloquartz developed the new European Digital Cesium Standard, EUDICS, with fully digital control loops and remote capabilities via RS 232 interface.
The company broadened its expertise in frequency standards by integrating its products into highly complex frequency and timing related equipment based on a fully modular concept. The F3 concept delivered Frequency, Flexibility and Functionality. Thousands of F3 based systems were delivered to customers throughout the world for use in telecommunications, navigation, science, metrology and other applications.
Oscilloquartz actively pursued the research and development of state of the art Quartz resonators and oscillators, such as the new generation of ultra-stable BVA oscillators. The company continued to strive for excellence and the result is that most BVA oscillators today achieve stability performance, unrivalled in the field of commercial quartz oscillators.
